Join us for the perfect start to your morning! Paul O'Donoghue has been practicing Yoga for more than 40 years and completed his teacher training in 2022. Paul’s classes focus on alignment and bringing a balance between the mind and body, strength and flexibility. This 75-minute drop-in class is suitable for all levels.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat and any additional equipment that you may need. Weather permitting, the class will take place on the front lawn in Bantry House (with a bad weather Plan B) but do check our social media the day before for weather updates.

Whether you’re a writer or otherwise, Paul is looking forward to sharing the sense of joy, wellbeing, exploration and fun of Yoga on the Lawn. Join us for this lovely start to your day in the gorgeous setting of Bantry House!  Age 15+. Duration 75 minutes. Drop-in class –  cash on the day directly to the teacher

Paul O’Donoghue has been practising yoga for more than 40 years. Over the decades he has trained with teachers in Australia, America and Ireland. He has always been involved in many sports and activities, ranging from football to surfing. In addition, he has worked as a journalist and editor in America, among many other endeavours, including hosting the Open Mic event at WCLF for many years. Yoga has always perfectly complemented his work and life in general. He qualified as a yoga teacher in 2022 and has been teaching since then.
