How to Book

The easiest way to book is online, following the booking links on the programme pages.

If you need help with the online booking system, a Step by Step Guide is available.

Please Note: Online booking closes 24 hrs prior to each event start time.

Another way to book is to download our booking form here, as soon as it’s available, fill it out and return to us, with payment, to:
West Cork Music, 13 Glengarriff Rd, Bantry, Co Cork, P75 HW72.

Payment Method & Booking Charges

We accept payment by debit/credit card, cheque, postal order and cash.

Booking with Cheque or Credit Card

€5 fee for all forms of booking

Office Opening Hours

Normal Office Hours: By phone, Monday to Friday 9:30am-5pm
In person at our office (West Cork Music) on Glengarriff Road, Monday to Friday 9:30am-5pm

Office hours will expand during the festival season.

Concessions, Savers and Packages

We offer

50% concession for most events to those aged 16 and under. No other concessions are available
Festival Savers including:
- Book 5 separate events in one transaction and get 10% discount (excludes Workshops, Editor in Residence and Free events)
- Reduced ticket rate of €12 for workshop participants for events falling on the same days as the workshops (Mon-Fri). Discount only available on door 15 mins prior to event (excludes Editor-in-Residence sessions and other workshops.) Subject to availability.

Please contact the West Cork Music Box Office for these requests as they cannot be handled through our website.
Note – Festival Savers can be booked using the booking form.

Refunds

Refunds will be given only in the case of a cancelled event.

Gift Vouchers

Buy Gift Voucher

What better gift than a ticket to one of our festival’s concerts or events? Or even a choice of tickets!

You can purchase a Literary Festival gift voucher from our offices on +353 27 52788 or buy online – just click the Buy Gift Voucher button under the gift voucher image to the left.

You can choose any amount. And we can send the voucher directly to the recipient, or to you, whichever you prefer.

To cash in a voucher, simply place your order with our team by phone, email or in person, quoting your gift voucher number.

Vouchers are valid for five years from date of purchase. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions apply to all West Cork Music events, including but not limited to West Cork Chamber Music Festival, West Cork Literary Festival, Masters of Tradition, and our Concert Series.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the programme will proceed as advertised. However West Cork Music accepts no responsibility for any changes made due to circumstances beyond its control.
€5.00 Booking Fee applies per transaction.
West Cork Music regrets that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
West Cork Music reserves the right to make changes at any time to the content and schedule of the programme without prior notice in the case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Refund will be given only in the case of a cancelled concert/event.
Tickets will not be held without payment.
No photography, sound or visual recordings may be made without the express permission of the West Cork Music management.
West Cork Music reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove persons on the grounds of public safety.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the event/performance. In the event of lateness, admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Customers with limited mobility should contact West Cork Music prior to attending a performance, for assistance with access to Bantry House.
