There will be a maximum of 10 participants on this workshop.
The workshop will take place on Thursday 17 June, Tuesday 22, Thursday 24, Tuesday 29 June, Thursday 1 July, Tuesday 6, Thursday 8, Tuesday 13 and Thursday 15 July at 7pm. The first session will last one hour and subsequent sessions will be an hour and a half.
Each session will be themed and topics covered may include finding your voice; motivation and goals; storytelling; identifying and using key moments; journaling – the mental health benefits of writing for oneself alone; boundaries/mental health: self care in writing about oneself for publication.
