Paul O’Donoghue

Paul O’Donoghue has been practising yoga for more than 40 years. Over the decades he has trained with teachers in Australia, America and Ireland.

He has always been involved in many sports and activities, ranging from football to surfing. In addition, he has worked as a journalist and editor in America, among many other endeavours, including hosting the Open Mic event at WCLF for many years. Yoga has always perfectly complemented his work and life in general.

He qualified as as a yoga teacher in 2022 under instructor Aileen Slein and have been teaching since then. Aileen hosted the yoga session for WCLF in previous years (she and Paul are pictured here).

Whether you’re a writer or otherwise, Paul is looking forward to sharing the sense of joy, wellbeing, exploration and fun of Yoga on the Lawn. Join us for this lovely start to your day in the gorgeous setting of Bantry House!
