The Blasque Quartet was formed in October 2019 and is comprised of four exciting young musicians from Cork and Dublin.

Megan attends CIT Cork School of Music. A prize-winner in local and national competitions, she was the leader of the Sunrise Quartet, and former co-leader of the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland.

Claire is on the Young Scholar Program in the RIAM. She is part of the Eversheds Sutherland Accelerator Academy, and was a recipient of the NCH Young Musician Award and John Pollard Bursary.

Fiachra studies in the Conservatory of Amsterdam. He is a prize-winner of the Flax Trust Music Awards and the Netherlands National Viola competition in 2019, and has performed in the National Concert Hall Dublin and in the Westport Festival of Chamber Music.

Zoë has completed her musical studies at the CIT CSM. In October 2019, she commenced her Bachelor’s degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Munich, Germany.
