WCCMF 2026 regrets to announce a programme change: José Gallardo has injured his back and will be unable to take part in the Festival. We wish him a speedy recovery.

We are most grateful to the young German pianist, Amadeus Wiesensee, for stepping in to partner Diana Tishchenko in two sets of violin sonatas and to join Tishchenko, Dana Zemtsov and Andreas Brantelid for the Vasks Piano Quartet.

Jérémie Moreau  has kindly agreed to join Mairéad Hickey, Reto Bieri and Andreas Brantelid for the late-night performance of Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time.

The programme changes will be as follows;

Beethoven Violin Sonata 10 in G major Op.96 will replace Enescu Impressions of childhood
