37. Young Musicians Series
This Family Concert brings together the well-known Norwegian violinist, Henning Kraggerud, with his three children, Alma, Franz and Hector, aged 18, 15 and 12. Like the great virtuosos of the past, Henning is also a composer and has written a piano trio especially for them called ‘Tales from the Enchanted Forest’. The programme has been designed to showcase their many talents in solo, duo and trio combinations, the three young people will be joined by their father on viola to play the spectacular Hungarian Finale from Brahms' G minor Piano Quartet. The dedication and enthusiasm of these young performers is an inspiration for all of us.
