The IBO Apprentice Programme is the first of its kind in Ireland, offering an intensive high-level professional development opportunity to Ireland’s most talented young professionals. Since launching in 2020, the IBO Apprentice programme has launched the professional careers of several young artists, many of whom now appear regularly in the IBO’s artistic and educational programmes.
