Annemarie Ní Churreáin

Annemarie Ní Churreáin comes from the Donegal Gaeltacht. Her books include Bloodroot (Doire Press, 2017) and The Poison Glen (The Gallery Press, 2021), shortlisted for the Ledbury Hellens Poetry Prize (UK). She has received the Arts Council Next Generation Artist Award, the Markievicz Award and the Patrick Kavanagh Fellowship. She is the poetry editor at The Stinging Fly Magazine. Her latest collection Hymn to All the Restless Girls was published by The Gallery Press in November 2025.
