Becky Long

Becky Long received her PhD in children’s literature from Trinity College Dublin in 2018. She has been a Book Doctor with Children’s Books Ireland since 2016, having graduated from the first M.Phil in Children’s Literature in Trinity in 2012. She is passionate about family literacy and children’s culture, and her research focuses on the empowering effects of narrative in the lives of young people. She works as the Primary and Junior Cycle Coordinator in the Trinity Access Programme.
