Morgan L. Ventura is a writer and curator whose work has been published by BansheeDedalus PressThe Magazine of Fantasy and Science FictionStrange Horizons, and Best Canadian Essays 2021, among others. She holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and MA in Poetry from the Seamus Heaney Centre. Currently the PI of a digital repatriation funded by the University of Exeter, Morgan’s research and writing has received support from the Fulbright-Hays DDRA, Mellon Foundation, Field Museum of Natural History, and Poetry Day Ireland.
