Tom Moore

Tom Moore is from Cork and is an academic and scientist at UCC, where he directs the BSc Genetics degree program. His research interests include the genetics of autism and the biology of maternal-fetal interactions. His poetry has appeared in The Irish Examiner, The Moth, Southword and The Well Review. He won first prize in The Moth International Poetry Prize in 2012. His debut pamphlet Brother Adam was published by Well Review Editions in December 2020.
