Gavin Corbett was born in the west of Ireland and grew up in Dublin. He is the author of three novels: Innocence (2003), This Is the Way (2013) and Green Glowing Skull (2015). This Is the Way was named Kerry Group Irish Novel of the Year in 2013 and was shortlisted for the Encore Prize. He has been writer-in-residence at both Trinity College Dublin and UCD. Gavin is currently completing a novel for children.
