Lisa Robertson is undertaking a PhD in Composition at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Recently, her piece was played on BBC Radio 3, she became Associate Member of the LSO SoundHub and, as part of the TheoArtistry Scheme with Sir James MacMillan, her piece was released on CD. Upcoming performances include the Chamber Orchestra of the Czech Philharmonic, Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra and the Slovak Sinfonietta. Previous performances include Hebrides Ensemble, Brodick Quartet, CHROMA Ensemble, St Salvator’s Chapel Choir, Rolf Hind and Stuart King. Masterclasses include soundfestival 2016 with Bozzini Quartet and 2018 CeNMaS Quartet Workshop with the Ligeti Quartet.

Winner of our 2018 West Cork Chamber Music Festival Composition Competition, Lisa Robertson’s Machai is Premiering at our 5 July Town Concert, performed by the Beckett Quartet.
