Award-winning Irish pianist Michael McHale performs two of Beethoven’s most evocative and dramatic piano sonatas, Moonlight and Appassionata, alongside two specially-commissioned Irish contemporary preludes: “Raindrop Prelude“ by Áine Mallon, and the world premiere performance of “Solas na Gealaí” by Linda Buckley.
