John Francis Flynn at Aiteall

John Francis Flynn is an Irish singer and multi-instrumentalist whose work traverses the worlds of traditional and contemporary folk music. He is a founder member of the traditional Irish folk band Skippers’ Alley and half of the new duo Paahto and the Bull. His solo work combines traditional material with influences from the worlds of post-punk, electronica, improvisation and contemporary music.

In amongst his run of shows for Paahto and the Bull’s new release, John Francis Flynn is coming to perform a full set of his solo work at Aiteall singer-songwriter weekend. He will be joined by two musicians on accompaniment.
