51. Young Musicians Series – Passeri Ensemble
This Baroque ensemble is Clodagh Sweeney (recorder), Sean Hurley (vn), Lizzie Troup (vc) and Shauna Davies (harpsichord). They have put together a powerful programme with the three Baroque heavyweights – Bach, Telemann, Handel – at the centre bookended by exciting Italians – Vivaldi, Merula, Uccellini. At the very centre stands a piece for solo recorder called ‘The Jesters’.
Please note that the venue for this event listed in the Brochure is incorrect. The concert will take place in the Christian Fellowship Church.
