Lauri Tanner
Lauri has been a professional Luthier for over 20 years. The last 10 years he has focussed his attention to bow making. He was the head of the bow department for Florian Leonhard Fine Violins from 2015-2025
In August 2025 moved back to Finland to start his own full-time business in his home town Helsinki. Serving a local and international clientele.
He is a regular attendee of international courses in bow making and restoration.
Lauri is a member of the BVMA and VSA and IPCI France-Europe.
He is also currently the chair of the Finnish guild of Violin Makers.
