Siobhán Doyle

Siobhán Doyle was born in Dublin and began playing the violin at an early age. A multiple-prize winner in national competitions, Siobhán was awarded a full scholarship to attend the Royal Northern College of Music. She completed her Bachelors degree with Leland Chen and was awarded the Roger Raphael Prize. Siobhán recently performed as a soloist in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam with the European Union Youth Orchestra. Passionate about chamber music, Siobhán has performed at festivals such as the West Cork Chamber Music Festival, Clandeboye Festival, Aurora Festival, Ortús Chamber Music Festival and the Cowbridge Music Festival. She is a founding member of the Lir Quartet, with whom she has performed extensively throughout Ireland. A member of the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra since 2019, Siobhán also regularly plays with ensembles such as the London Symphony Orchestra and Irish Chamber Orchestra, touring extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.
