Tales From the Quad: Readings from the UCC MA in Creative Writing

Join us for a showcase of short readings from fresh, dynamic and diverse emerging voices. Students from UCC’s MA in Creative Writing, Bana Aassy, Clare Bohane, Elinor Bonifant and Johnny Rochewill read from their works-in-progress, introduced by Eimear Ryan, author and lecturer in creative writing.

UCC’s MA in Creative Writing is designed to enable writers to develop their practice in a supportive environment, and to give them the tools to unlock the book within, be it fiction, memoir or poetry. As well as honing the techniques and craft of creative writing, the MA introduces students to the publishing industry and Ireland’s thriving community of literary practice.
