Masterclass

A West Cork chamber music masterclass is a high-level tutoring session for promising students, led by one of the quartets featured in our festival programme.

The students – many of whom are studying in Ireland – will perform a piece, or large section,  and then receive advice from the tutors on topics from technique to interpretation. See learning in action and listen in on the conversations ensembles have as they bring a work from the page to the stage.

Open to the public: You are welcome to drop in or out. Just wait for a quiet moment to enter or leave!
