Niall Flemming will share his insights on the new regulations regarding Pernambuco bows and how the changes will affect musicians.
Niall is an award-winning bowmaker based in Brussels, who’s bows are sought after internationally. He takes his inspiration from the work of the great French masters of the early 19th Century. Niall is a regular to the West Cork Chamber Music Festival Exhibition, and has been organising the Exhibition since 2022.
