Festival volunteers are at the heart of the action across our fast-paced West Cork arts festivals each summer.

In return for your energy, hard work and enthusiasm, you’ll find a warm welcome in our diverse volunteer community and play a part in making the festival magic happen! You will also be welcome to attend all concerts and events that do not interfere with other duties, where there are seats available.

Volunteer Roles

Roles range from stage and venue management to overseeing rehearsals and masterclasses, ushering audiences, helping with box office, and taking surveys.

Festival volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome – we’ll help to match your role to your strengths. Accommodation and meals are provided for volunteers for the duration of the festival they support.

For some of our volunteers, the festivals offer really enjoyable arts work experience opportunities, while other volunteers return year after year for a kind of working holiday here in the heart of West Cork. Why not join them?
