Every effort will be made to ensure that the programme will proceed as advertised.  However West Cork Music accepts no responsibility for any changes made due to circumstances beyond its control.

* West Cork Music regrets that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

* Refund will be given only in the case of a cancelled concert. Tickets will not be held without payment.

* No photography, sound or visual recordings may be made without the express permission of the West Cork Music management.

* West Cork Music reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove persons on the grounds of public safety.

* Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, in the event of lateness, admission cannot always be guaranteed.

* Customers with limited mobility should contact West Cork Music prior to attending a performance, for assistance with access to Bantry House.

* Student concessions available only with valid student identification

* €1.75 Booking Fee applies per transaction (excluding cash payments)

* €1.00 Fee for Postage

* Cars parked at Bantry House at owners risk.
